Meet the Team
We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful design, and real connection.
Matthew Zacharewicz
Through dedication, I found myself in the right places at the right times. Having several criminal justice positions, I stumbled across a position for a Statistical Unit Supervisor at the Albany Police Department. That position transformed 5 times through my fifteen-year tenure. The difference being the depth of analysis and expansion of geographical scope. My time culminated with the Capital Region Crime Analysis Center having 19 positions working 6 days a week 16 hours a day, including a dedicated real time component. A year ago, I moved on to the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Justice Research and Performance where I build automated reports supporting Community Correction programs. I have a master’s degree in Community Psychology a Bachelor’s in criminal justice, former adjunct professor, and a tea expert.
